Gymnastics & Ninja

This class is a great place for those who have never tried gymnastics or ninja/parkour before or who have done gymnastics in the past and want to get back into it. It provides a safe, challenging, and supportive environment to learn new skills. Our adult program has proved to be hugely successful since its introduction with adults from all walks of life and all ages getting active and learning to use their bodies in new and interesting ways. Our qualified coach works with you every step of the way or leaves you to work on your new trick – whatever is right at the time. This class is a mixture of gymnastics & ninja/parkour.

• These 1.5 hour classes are held on Tuesdays from 6.30-8 pm during the school term.
• First class is free. No booking required, just turn up.
• The cost is $20 per class. Fees are payable as a casual each week, EFTPOS/Cash accepted.
• A Registration & Insurance fee of $40 is payable at the second class.
