The Levels Program is for girls aged 7 years and up. We follow the Australian levels program which provides the opportunity to progress through recognised levels and to enter competitions. Levels 1 and 2 are skill-based competitions and are fun events for all. Level 3 gymnasts perform compulsory routines and compete as a team. Level 4 and up may compete in routines as individuals and must pass their level at a competition or LAT. Gymnasts require dedication, athleticism, and determination to train hard in order to maintain their strength, balance, and flexibility. Gymnasts in the levels program train for 2 hours a week at level 1 and as they progress through the levels the hours they train will increase. At level 3 children train 2.5 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. Children entering the levels program will be selected by the coaches.
- Levels gymnasts are required to wear the club uniform.
